Kingdom Impact Group was built to develop leaders.

Not only for our organization, but for businesses, teams, and communities throughout Oklahoma.

We believe one of the greatest challenges facing organizations today is not a lack of opportunity, but a lack of intentionally developed leadership. Too many people are placed into responsibility without the structure, development, and preparation needed to lead well under pressure.

That is why we are building leadership-driven businesses designed to develop people under real operational responsibility through systems, service, discipline, accountability, and execution.

Kingdom Burgers is the first step.

What begins as a carryout-focused burger operation is being designed to become a scalable leadership ecosystem that develops future operators, business leaders, and servant leaders capable of strengthening organizations and communities throughout Oklahoma and beyond.

Some leaders will help expand Kingdom Impact Group through future operations, Kingdom Centers, mobile food units, consulting, and media initiatives.

Others will eventually go out and lead in other organizations, industries, and communities.

And when that happens, we will see that as success.

Because we are not building leaders simply to keep them.

We are building leaders to send them.

To serve communities.
To lead with discipline, humility, accountability, and stewardship wherever they are called.
